  • Bootcamp - 8 week challenge, 3 days a week, become a part of an awesome group
  • Yoga - In this gentle hatha class, explore asanas (poses) and end the class with relaxation
    • Not scheduled during Autumn/Winter season
  • Personal Training - Offering the highest quality 1on1 or group sessions, designed just for you
